Lillymonte, Lillymonte Drive, Rochester, provides supported living for up to five adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
Following a comprehensive assessment and a smooth transitional process, Lillymonte will support and encourage adults to maximise their full potential at their own pace. Our main aim is to promote independence, freedom of choice, dignity, confidence and self-esteem.
Lillymonte works alongside its adults, their social workers, community psychiatric nurses, parents/families and significant others to create care plans
Lillymonte is run and organised by mental health specialists and professionals with extensive experience, knowledge and skills, working in collaboration with statutory staff to deliver mental health care in the community aimed at the highest level.
Lillymonte Lodge has been designed to meet the needs of the modern family home, where the environment is very welcoming, relaxed and comfortable.
Staff at TIME 4 U have built positive therapeutic relationships with adults living at the lodge and are aware of the complex individual and group needs and act in an appropriate manner to meet these needs.
Adults are encouraged and support to maintain independence and develop a wide range of practical, social and emotional skills in order to assist them to move on when the time is right.
All staff with the young adults at Lillymonte lodge will ensure that care is delivered within the Recovery Star guidelines, incorporating various aspects of are, including social and practical skills training as well as risk management. Continuous assessments are undertaken and reviewed to evaluate the changing needs of the adults.
